Training on a FileMakerPro® database to ensure consistent and accurate data input..

Renisar Solution:

Renisar designed a custom training program for HRA. The training manual included step by step instructions on proper data input as well as corresponding screen shots. Also included were screen shots examples of what the final result should look like with all of the data input correctly. The training program was delivered onsite and to several branch locations via the teleconference.

Result:

HRA now has a fully trained staff that will ensure consistent input of data and a stand alone training manual that can be used as reference or for future training of new employees.
